Instructiuni de Montaj

Montajul chiulasei necesita atentie deosebita pentru a asigura etansarea corecta si durabilitatea motorului. Iata pasii esentiali si specificatiile din manualul de service Isuzu :

1. Pregatire

  • Curatati perfect suprafata blocului motor — fara impuritati, zgarieturi sau resturi de garnitura veche .

  • Verificati planeitatea chiulasei; deformarile necesita rectificare sau inlocuire.

  • Folositi intotdeauna o garnitura de chiulasa noua (se schimba obligatoriu) .

2. Montaj si Strangere

  • Lubrifiati suruburile chiulasei cu ulei de motor.

  • Strangeti suruburile in secventa corecta, de la centru spre exterior (consultati schema din manual) .

  • Cuplu de strangere (M12 × 1.5):

    • Etapa 1: 8.5 – 9.5 kg·m (61 – 69 ft·lbs)

    • Etapa 2: Rotire suplimentara 60° – 90°

3. Reglaj Supape (dupa montaj)
